- Quote, estimate, job, and customer information entered into the app
SodPro may also allow users to store customer information, including:

Voice Recordings and AI Quote Generation
SodPro may include AI-powered quote generation features that allow users to create quotes from voice-recorded entries.
When you use this feature, voice input may be processed to generate quote-related text, job details, measurements, or estimate information. You are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted through voice entry is accurate and that you have permission to submit any customer or business information included in the recording.
SMS Messaging
SodPro may provide SMS messaging functionality through Twilio and other telecommunications providers.
When you use SMS-related features, we may collect and process:
- Phone numbers
- Message delivery information
- Message content
- Message status information
SMS messages may be transmitted and processed by Twilio and related telecommunications providers for the purpose of delivering messages requested by users of the Service.
By using SMS features within SodPro, you represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from message recipients and have the legal right to contact them.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's wireless carrier and service plan.
SodPro does not guarantee message delivery, as delivery depends on carrier networks and third-party telecommunications providers.
Payments and Subscriptions
SodPro uses Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and payment status.
We do not collect or store your full credit card number or payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. RevenueCat may process subscription-related information, such as purchase status, subscription status, and renewal information.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the SodPro app
- Create and manage user accounts
- Generate quotes and estimates
- Store customer and business records entered by users
- Send SMS messages requested by users
- Process SMS delivery and message status information
- Process and verify subscription access
- Provide customer support
- Improve app reliability and functionality
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

Data Storage
SodPro stores application data using Replit-hosted infrastructure and related hosting services.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information stored through the Service. However, no electronic storage system or internet transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Analytics
SodPro does not currently use third-party analytics services.
Location Data
SodPro does not access or collect device GPS location data.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only when necessary to operate the Service, including with:
- Apple, for App Store purchases and subscription billing
- RevenueCat, for subscription management
- Twilio, for SMS message delivery services
- Telecommunications carriers, for SMS message delivery
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Replit
- Service providers that help us operate, secure, or support the app
- Legal authorities if required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the Service
User Responsibility for Customer Data
SodPro is designed for business use. If you enter customer information into the app, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, store, contact, and use that information.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of quotes, estimates, customer records, measurements, job details, SMS message recipients, and other information entered into or generated by the app.
Data Retention
We retain personal, business, customer, quote, message, and account information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

SodPro may rely on third-party services to operate the app, including Apple, RevenueCat, Twilio, Replit, telecommunications carriers, and AI processing providers used for voice-based quote generation.
